No communication between reservation and guest ser
In general: Room too cold. When I called I was advised it was 27.5 F. It was still to cold for me, eventually was provided a heater. BRKFAST was included in room. Still when I called to have BRKFAST delivered to room, as I had a blowing cold, and didn't feel well to eat in dining room, I was billed $17 approximately for breakfast. I stayed in park plaza hotel next day and was it charged extra for havig Breakfast delivered, ecxcept a delivery fee. I'm certain I requested soy milk and the taste of it was too tasty to be soy, I think I got milk so I left it untouched. Front desk personnel were very helpful especially a Spanish Lady who assisted me with other concerns. Once in room I was too sick to come down so if all it there calls went unattended, except once when I asked if breakfast be delivered to room. Location and surroundings: Scenic and ancient city but unable to visit Area in winter. Service: Someone impersonal other than the initial contact with the Spanish Stsff who was professional and helpful. Dining: Don't know. Sports and leisure: Unknown. Room: Was unable to take pics from room as the glass of window was unclear from inside of grim outside on glass, Excellent was allowed a late checkout. Useful tips: Wi-fi would came in and out. Shopping is a hot away from hotel. This is a plus!

The free amenities include a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Parking fees shockingly waved at checkout seemed like a sweet surprise for a family trip.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Carpets with stains and dirty air conditioning units don't scream 'four-star'. A fire evacuation revealed a lack of communication during the emergency, which could've been better managed. Room maintenance seemed lacking, evident in untidy surfaces and a notable absence of basic items like clean coffee capsules after the first day. For a hotel of this profile, I expected at minimum a satisfactory level of upkeep and more attentiveness in high-stress situations.

Very quiet room. Good location for visitors to the port or cruise travellers. Breakfast buffet is not huge but still sufficient, including fresh fruit.
Accommodation is clearly outdated, but well maintained and tidy. No mini-bar in the room.

Hotel rooms don't have a hair dryer and a toilet brush. Also the room was for two people but there was only one biscuit among the dishes for breakfast.

Spacious, clean room. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.
The bar. It was always cold and there was always too much charged for the drinks. Also not so friendly staff. The food was very tasty.

Generally a good hotel.
The administration had problems with their system and they checked me out the day before. I claimed that my reservation was until the next day and I had paid for it. When they saw my reservation, they recognized that it had been their mistake. They have an internal problem.
